Bikram Yoga 

Get a full-body workout as certified practitioners take you through 26 poses at Bikram Yoga University Village. Bikram — a 90-minute class held in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees F and 40 percent humidity — is a form of hot yoga that lengthens and strengthens muscles, as well as cleanses the body and spirit. CrossFit

CrossFit transforms the body from flab to fab with total-body workouts that combine elements of core training, gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio. At Desert CrossFit, coaches interact with groups in the top signature classes: CrossFit and CrossFlex — a combo of CrossFit and yoga. Burner Boot Camp is also available to help participants lose those stubborn extra pounds. Fit in 42

Held at Next Level Fitness centers, the Fit in 42 program — perfect for residents and snowbirds — helps promote full fitness potential with a personalized routine based on Nutrition, Exercise, X-perience, and Transformation (NEXT). Spinning
