The mid-day menu boasts a bounty of standout sandwich selections that are hearty enough to keep you satisfied until you’re ready to dine again at the Palm Springs restaurant for dinner.
A variety of mouth-watering creations include the Yankee Pot Roast Sandwich served with grilled onions, arugula and horseradish cream sauce on a brioche bun; the Smoked Turkey Sandwich with provolone and cranberry mayo on levain bread; the Smoked Ham Sandwich with cheddar and jack cheese on grilled bread; the Fresh Fish Sandwich with roasted pepper aioli; the Housemade Meatloaf Sandwich with caramelized onions on a brioche bun; the Hickory BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with slow-cooked pork roast on a bakery bun and the Palm Springs BLT with avocado and chipotle mayo on a multi-grain wrap.
The Pot Roast Sandwich comes with grilled onions, arugula, and horseradish cream sauce served on a Brioche bun with
chips and cole slaw.

Located in the Palm Springs Uptown Design District, TRIO is open for lunch weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. Dinner is served starting at 3 p.m. and TRIO offers a $19, three-course prix fixe menu from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
