What will you be cooking at home?

Here are the dishes these local top chefs are planning to make for their friends and family on Thanksgiving.

Chef Giacomo Pettinari, SO.PA Restaurant (pictured at right): “Simply respecting the tradition, with an Italian flair. Oven-roasted turkey, butternut squash with Italian sausage and besciamella gratin. Tiramisu and prosecco.”

Executive Chef Chris Hora, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse: “Foie gras and polenta stuffing with lots of fennel, parmesan, and herbs.”

Principal Chef/owner Tara Lazar, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse: “Raw cranberry relish with lemon zest, jalapeño, orange juice, and Grand Marnier to go with my turkey. Whipped mascarpone yams stuffed into orange cups, paper-thin sliced cucumbers marinated in apple cider vinegar with red onions.”
