Over 25 ladies from the Vintage Country Club enjoyed the fun-filled festivities. They were greeted with a hole-in-one contest, next to the new Wolfgang Puck Pizza Bar, where they had 3 tries to get a hole-in-one and the first 5 to get it received a $100 gift certificate to Stuart Weitzman. Otherwise, they were given a Ralph Lauren hat for participating and then filled out their "Passport to Style," which they needed to get stamped at each store at The Shops on El Paseo to be entered to win $10,000 in cash and prizes.
Many stores offered champagne and refreshments as well as special offers or discounts. During the afternoon, the ladies shopped up and down the street, stopping into each store to get their "Passport to Style" stamped. Later, after 4 p.m., everyone met at Bottega Veneta who hosted a lovely Champagne reception. Fred Fern, CEO of Churchill Management Group, welcomed the ladies to The Shops on El Paseo and thanked them. The drawings then began and around 15 ladies were lucky enough to win prizes including gift certificates from $100 – $1000.
