The Vault at Bighorn Reveals a Priceless Car Collection – Nov. 6, 2015

Car collectors take painstaking measures to ensure their beauty retains its original look.

Bighorn Golf Club has answered that call with the recent opening of The Vault at Bighorn.

Exclusive to Bighorn members and their collectible vehicles, The Vault at Bighorn covers 24,000 square feet and houses 50 automobiles and four motorcycle spaces. Members can lounge in the sports lounge with indoor/outdoor seating, eight flat-screen televisions, and a bar only a car aficionado can appreciate.

Blackbird Interiors, Orr Construction, Kristi Hanson Architects, Jaeger Metal Fab & Concept, and Spectrum Custom Design combined their efforts to mirror The Vault after a car museum.

Car enthusiasts will feel at home upon entering the bank vault style doors after taking a seat in a VirtualGT’s VFT Carbon race simulator with a pro cockpit and custom-designed Momoracing wheel.

In addition to the view inside the vault, The Redline Lounge overlooks the showroom on one side, and the eighth fairway of the Mountains golf course plus the Coachella Valley on the other.

Security is just as cutting edge as the building’s design with the installation of fingerprint scanners, 360-degree HD cameras, and 4K ultra high-definition televisions.
