The La Quinta Museum is excited to open the new exhibit about the cultural and artistic influence of Route 66 in California. This exhibit is a compilation of memories about the Historic Route 66, about how the Mother Road’s past dialogues with the present, and the adventurous spirits who get their kicks on the road. GROOVE: Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus Summer Concert / Aug. 25

Coachella Valley Repertory Theatre hosts this local chorus, which works to uplift the desert’s vibrant LGBTQ community through scholarship programs and other avenues of community outreach. Founded in 1999 with 24 men, the group has since grown to around 60 members. psgmc.com
