Toscana recently unveiled dramatic changes made to three of the 10 show homes including floor plan changes and new flooring, cabinets, countertops, furnishings, art and accessories. The new changes were designed to reflect the newest design trends and appeal to what homeowners are currently looking for in homes.

Toscana Country Club enlisted the help of Los Angeles-based interior designer Jeff Valenson to redesign the 623 show home and Palm Desert-based interior designer Cindy Sage FitzHenry to redesign the 621 and 723 show homes.
“We’re lightening the palate of the home, and including more color options so that potential homeowners can see the array of choices they have when designing their new home,” said Valenson. “In the 623 show home we’ve kept the Tuscan inspiration, but incorporated newer fabrics and textures, in addition to updating structural details in the home including the kitchen and great room.”
