The team at Trio celebrated the restaurant’s fourth anniversary and the official opening of their fifth season. The event began with complimentary appetizers and cocktails; followed by a spectacular performance by vocalist Thea Austin (‘Rhythm is a Dancer’). The capacity crowd danced and begged for more, and many stayed for dinner after the show. A portion of the evening’s dinner proceeds benefitted AIDS Assistance Program and the Art Institute at Palm Springs High School.
