At TRIO Palm Springs, the diverse selection of cocktails reflect the Palm Springs vibe and highlight some of the most popular aspects of the area.
Find relaxation in a glass with the “Spa-Tini,” comprised of Pearl Cucumber Vodka, Cucumber and Agave. Giving a nod to one of the most popular attractions is the “tramcar,” a delicious blend of Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka, Blood Orange Liqueur and Pineapple.
Another popular favorite can be found in the “Uptown (Downtown)” featuring Grey Goose Citrus, Limoncello and Chambord. Some guests drink their dessert and find themselves ready for a “Desert Daze” with Three Olives Vanilla, Asombrosa Tequila, Pineapple, Cream.
TRIO also houses a wide-selection of wines running the gamut of sparkling to Pinot Noirs and blends. Imported and domestic beer, plus creatively crafted after dinner drinks and other specialty cocktails are also on the menu.
In addition to the fabulous drinks, TRIO Palm Springs owners Tony Marchese and Chef Mark VanLaanen take an artistic approach to each and every dish served, and believe presentation of the food is equally as important as the taste. The cocktail hour extends from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the bar and on the patio with $3 well drinks. TRIO is open for lunch weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Dinner starts at 3 p.m. every day and offers a $19, 3-course prix fixe menu available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
