Todd Rhoden, president and chief executive officer of the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, and Monica Odnani, district representative for State Sen. Jeff Stone joined Vylla Home Area Manager Tony Vaccaro at the ribbon cutting.
Also in attendance were Vylla team members Chris Gordon, business operations; Chad Ruggles, lending and real estate sales; and Michelle Ridge, regional vice president.
