Eileen Fisher marked its 30th anniversary on Sept. 20 nationwide by advocating its stores to donate 10 percent of its proceeds to a locally based group which empower women and girls.
The Palm Desert shop on El Paseo supported the Young Women Leaders Program of the Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley, which works with high school seniors to provide leadership skills and career mentoring to create the next generation of community advocates.
