The 26th annual Frank Sinatra Celebrity Invitational included a series of activities in Fantasy Springs Casino’s Entertainment Center plus golf competition on the Eagle Falls Golf Course.
The events included a Thursday night dinner, live auction and pairings party with entertainment by country singer and songwriter Steve Azar, Friday night dinner and auction party featuring the University of North Texas One O’Clock Lab Band and special appearance by Deana Martin.
Social highlights were the Friday afternoon fashion luncheon featuring youthful and colorful spring creations from Troy of El Paseo, chaired to perfection by Nelda Linsk and the following night’s Black Tie Gala with Master of Ceremonies Tom Dreesen for the 26th time and songs from Wayne Newton.
Beverly Johnson, who graced more than 500 top magazine covers in the 1970s, was co-chair of the three day and evening event and Peter Marshall, who hosted Hollywood Squares on television for 16 years, was Honorary Marshall.
Gala Honoree was Anthony Scaramucci, founder and co-chair of Sky Bridge Capital, author, and contributor to CNBC.
The Frank Sinatra Celebrity Invitational is presented by Starkey Hearing Technologies and hosted by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.
Barbara Sinatra’s vision, along with her husband Frank Sinatra, was to provide counseling to children who have suffered from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Since the Center at Eisenhower Medical Center opened its doors in 1986, more than 18,000 children have been helped.
