New summer hours start June 8 with the Palm Desert restaurant open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays; 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays, and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

“Our goal is to offer fresh, creative, reasonably priced and delicious food with a Mediterranean vibe," says Gavin Grabe, Chef de Cuisine at Clementine. "For the summer, I’ve created a new bar menu that I affectionately call sexy tapas or small plates. The small plate trend is so popular now. It allows people to experiment and try a few plates without overindulging."

In addition, Clementine offers a new Happy Hour called "4-5-6," which translates to $4 well drinks, $5 house wine/draft beer, and $6 tapas, says Christophe Douheret, co-owner at Clementine.
