Gimme Some Sugar!

Sugarland

Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa

One of the hottest country bands in the land comes to The Show at Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa on May 25. Sugarland — the musical duo of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush — has sold more than 8 million records and won multiple Grammy, CMA, and AMC awards. Their 2004 breakthrough debut album Twice the Speed of Light spawned the hits “Something More” and “Baby Girl.” Their next album featured the popular hit “Stay.” And the story just keeps getting better.

After much success, they continue to redefine themselves, embracing a creative rebirth with their fourth album, “The Incredible Machine.”

“We are in a place of discovery,” Nettles says on the duo’s website (www.sugarlandmusic.com). “It is the essence of who we are as people in this band. There is never a moment where we think, ‘This is good enough.’ There’s always a place for growth.”

Performance starts at 9 p.m. 32250 Bob Hope Dr., Rancho Mirage. 800-585-3737; www.hotwatercasino.com
