Tamarisk Country Club hosted an annual Pro-Am golf tournament that raised more than $5000 benefiting the Tracy Lane Foundation for the Prevention & Early Detection of Cervical Cancer.

Each of the 27 foursomes was comprised of 1 PGA golf professional and 3 members from various country clubs from around the Coachella Valley.  After playing the 18-hole course, the players attended an awards and cocktail reception. Tamarisk Country Club donated all food, beverage cart and tournament fees for the event.

The Tracy Lane Foundation was started by Derek and Tracy Lane in the final stages of Tracy’s battle with cervical cancer.  The foundation seeks to create the awareness of HPV Vaccinations and the power or early detection through constant communication, charitable services and relentless fundraising.
