Aries  (March 21–April 19)
One who could grant an ambitious wish watches your progress from the crowd. You must conquer the group, and a political skill makes every person feel as if you are speaking to him or her personally and prophetically. Beyond fears and petty concerns, there is a shining message of understanding for tomorrow.

Taurus (April 20–May 20)
You are required to be the shining star of the marketplace. Troubles vanish when you are fully involved in the cause. The more you do for others, the smaller your problems appear. A loving gathering at home for the holidays brings new peace — and perspective. Resolve to create a new tradition. Illuminate darkness with love.

Gemini (May 21–June 20)
You are now coming out of hibernation. Do not ruminate over things you think you should have done; the time was not right. The growth of spring now beckons: Make plans and plant seeds. New beginnings are fortunate. A peaceful knowing is your most powerful tool. Be a light; you will encourage those around you to excel.

Cancer (June 21–July 22)
Going back to the drawing board on an important goal is positive for its success. Uncover facts that will ease transitions. Be open to outside influence. Get scope by broadening your horizons. You are the frog in the well, looking skyward: The universe is more than the five stars you can see. Your message is global.

Leo (July 23–Aug. 22)
Jupiter is retrograde in Leo through April 8. You have a fine foundation, but if it rains, you will get wet. Retro months are a time to gather more data and rearrange with a goal in mind. Important alliances loom, but you may be spread too thin to detect the best and brightest. Deliberately, slowly narrow the field.

Virgo (Aug. 23–Sept. 22)
A cluttered area of your environs holds a key to rapid forward motion. Why have you been procrastinating? Could it be fear of success? Rid yourself of the people and things you no longer require for your evolution. Take yourself lightly and you will fly. Polish your image so that the group is impressed.

Libra (Sept. 23–Oct. 22)
You’ll lighten the load if you let go of all the “what ifs’” and just be. Your prescription for contentment is the warmth of true connections. A speculative venture could turn into a rich reality, but drop concerns and let your imagination take over. Rise up from the mundane and know that anything is possible.

Scorpio (Oct. 23–Nov. 21)
An intimate family or community group is the wind beneath your wings; they share invaluable resources that change your life. A serious crush on one who is accomplished shows your readiness for the next level. The teachers are here; is the student ready? Parenting is beyond the mundane, and you are right for the job.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22–Dec. 21)
Fuel up the car and travel a degree in latitude or longitude (about 100 miles). This frees up the mind to gain more perspective and positivity. Thought and emotion cannot work together but must cooperate for answers and progress. Upgrade communication-information technology and it pays for itself almost immediately.

Capricorn (Dec. 22–Jan. 19)
Mars cozies up to the money, and you have the focus of a drone on new fiscal revenues. Others involved have to catch up spiritually, but it’s your enthusiasm that sheds the light. Your consciousness is rising, aided by your personal illumination. Moved to create? Begin with nothing and make it real. What you desire, desires you.

Aquarius (Jan. 20–Feb. 18)
Have heart, space child. Current obstacles exist to sweeten the plot. Hollywood situations require an Academy Award performance and a mind-blowing morality lesson. See the story unfold perhaps in that 90 percent of your brain you don’t use — the subconscious. Get some quality sleep; in the stillness, you will know. Listen.

Pisces (Feb. 19–March 20)
Sit at the feet of a master or two. Ask them to lunch. Pick up the check. Then tell them how much they have helped. Like the towers on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, you will be boosted. To acknowledge your teachers is a powerful energy. Friends become gurus as they say exactly what you need to hear. Feel the love.
