This vibrant Uptown Design District hot spot has developed a reputation for prioritizing happy guests and tasty comfort food. Now entering its 14th year, Trio is undergoing an exciting modernization. Founding owner Tony Marchese, a regular presence in the daily operations, playfully elaborates: “We’ve gone to college, we’ve done our thing, we’ve worn our crazy outfits, and now we’re ready to get serious. It’s time to walk the runway.”

Changes involve a full renovation of the restaurant space, bringing more subtlety, nods to modernism, and sophistication than ever before. The menu is evolving, too, as Trio has partnered with executive chef Jeremy Loomis to further the new vision.

Chef-driven dishes focus on the bounty of California — from ocean catches to ranch offerings to farm-fresh produce. Highlights include housemade pasta and crowd pleasers like wagyu New York strip and tomahawk pork chops.

As Palm Springs has blossomed over the last 14 years, Trio has been there to match and exceed rising expectations from diners. Embarking on the next season, Trio Restaurant promises an exciting, re-imagined culinary experience that will delight guests for many years to come.
