Fitzpatrick, former president/CEO and publisher of San Diego Magazine, and Milt and Frank Jones, owners of Palm Springs, Calif.,-based Desert Publications, Inc. and regional titles throughout the Western U.S., today announced an agreement to acquire the assets of the San Diego Magazine Publishing Co., owners of the San Diego Magazine and publishers of a series of custom-publishing titles.

Leisa and David Austin of Imago Galleries hosted an opening reception for Jun Kaneko, Dan Dailey, and Daniel Clayman. Collectors were intrigued with Dailey’s illuminated modern art inspired sculpture, Clayman’s exploration of the physical properties of light, and Kaneko’s innovative and monumental works in clay.
