Experience Modernism Week Fall Preview Weekend, Oct. 10-13, for free in the form of these five events.

 

No. 1

Aloha, Modernism Week – Hacienda Cantina & Beach Club, 1555 S. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs
8-10 p.m., Friday, Oct. 10.
Ticketed reception from 6-8 pm; doors open at 7:45 p.m. for free public screening of the 1961 Elvis Presley movie, Blue Hawaii.

Midcentury Bike Ride – Departs from Ernest Coffee, 1101 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11.
