Vibrant colors splashed the canvas of the fifth annual Palm Springs Fine Art Fair.
Attendees came dressed in colorful attire to match the festive mood of the art, sculpture, and furnishings inside the 55-plus exhibit spaces. Art collector Dallas Price-Van Breda noted, "We're having fun perusing the arts, and being exposed to new artists. I like the change in fair ownership. I like the layout and the ambiance."
Urban Expositions is the new producer of the Palm Springs Fine Art Fair. Urban Expositions Vice President, Art Group Donna Davies and Partner Tim von Gal were the emcees at the VIP Lounge, where 2016 Patrons Barbara and Jerry Keller were feted.
Palm Springs Mayor Rob Moon presented them with a proclamation and credited them with "helping revitalize downtown with the opening of their restaurant LULU."
Friends on hand to congratulate them included Harold Matzner, Shellie Reade, Jim Casey, Grace Robbins, Jan Salta, Helene Galen, Jamie Kabler, Michael Childers, Karen and Tony Barone, Regina and Dan McGrath, Carol and Steven Nash, Barbara and Bernie Fromm, Joyce and Henry Freund, Vern Kozlen, and Angie Gerber.
