Winewomen Present An Evening of Song to benefit Well In The Desert — Oct. 20, 2013

Jamie Chamberlin and pianist Tim Bruneau provided entertainment at “An Evening of Song,” the fifth annual Winewomen reception and wine dinner benefiting Well In The Desert. The gourmet food was created by Miramonte Executive Chef Robert Nyerick.

Winewomen is a charitable nonprofit organization dedicated to the responsible enjoyment of wine through education, discovery, and activities that support local charities in and near Palm Springs. Well In the Desert provides daily nutritious hot meals, emergency food assistance, weekly supplemental food distribution, and access to community services for those affected by poverty.
    
Kathleen Von Dehn is president of Winewomen and Arlene Rosenthal heads Well In The Desert. Capture Wine provided the wines served at the Oct 20 event. Guests included Andre Boada, vice president of Capture Wine, and major supporters Nina Pucillo and Roger Bergmann, Dr. Frank and Deborah Kerrigan.
