OperaArts Hosts Broadway Under the Stars in Indian Wells

The local organization hosted an elegant evening filled with Broadway and opera tunes accompanied by a sit-down dinner supporting The Well in the Desert.

This annual event presented by OperaArts features performances of Broadway and opera classics and benefits Well in the Desert, a local nonprofit that supports programs for poverty prevention and intervention in the Coachella Valley. The outdoor reception and dinner honored performer, composer, and songwriter Jeannie Cunningham, who works passionately in the desert on volunteer opportunities for music, mentorship, animal rights, homelessness, and saving the environment.
