We looked at the area’s most popular feeder markets, which mirror tourism patterns to a great degree, and used a baseline of approximately $1 million to compare them to communities in Greater Palm Springs. What we found comes as no surprise: Dollar for dollar, the region offers more square footage, land, and amenities. And who could put a price on quality of life?
